1. Order Processing Time

All products are print-on-demand and are produced by our partner, Printify.

Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

Domestic (within your country): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs processing, and local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

CrazyMindz is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied to international shipments.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its status. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking to update after dispatch.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, CrazyMindz cannot guarantee shipping timelines as these depend on third-party couriers.
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will help you resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. CrazyMindz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
