Welcome to CrazyMindz. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms in full.


1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use our site. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.


2. Products and Orders

CrazyMindz is a print-on-demand shop powered by Printify.

  • All products are customized per order and may take 2–7 business days to produce before shipping.

  • Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  • Product descriptions and prices may change without notice.


3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times will vary by destination and shipping method. CrazyMindz and Printify aim to produce and dispatch your order promptly; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

  • CrazyMindz is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or customs fees.


4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we inspect the issue.


5. User Accounts and Personal Information

When placing an order, you may be asked to provide personal information. CrazyMindz respects your privacy and will never share your personal data except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.


6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and content on CrazyMindz are the property of CrazyMindz or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

CrazyMindz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
