At CrazyMindz, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom and Print-On-Demand Products

All CrazyMindz items are printed and produced on-demand, which means they are customized just for you.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at ascrazymindz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.

 

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences between your screen and the final product

  • Incorrect sizes or customization choices entered at checkout

 

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

 

5. Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if the item hasn’t been produced yet.
